Adam's Eye : Chapter One

The road was unstable throughout the journey. It took almost eight hours to reach their destination. Zaharah was uncertain about her life. Will she be able to find her everlasting joy which she has been hoping for or will things just get worst after she left her hometown to be with him. Zaharah barely knew him ,Adam cause it was a fix wedding by Adam’s parent and her aunt. It was Adam’s decision to move town to build their new lives elsewhere away from everyone.

Zaharah was clenching and holding her palms together while looking out at the window. She knew now that she was far far away from her home. She feels abit of sadness from part of her heart but at the same time she feels kind of relieve cause she knew the longer she stay with her aunt more worst things might came upon her. She was thinking to herself will Adam be her saviour or will he drag her down and treat her like a garbage like the rest of her foster family had treated her.

She remembers on the day when she was to be married to Adam she was not aware about it. Zaharah was cleaning the chicken coup when suddenly she felt her hair was violently tugged by someone.
"Oh that hurts...please stopped,"Zaharah plead.She look and it was her aunty Siti.
"Shut up, you really good for nothing, always brings bad luck to this family."Siti wailing widening her eyes as she drags and pull Zaharah. Then she push Zaharah into the bathroom and force her to bath. Zaharah was still in shocked and confused about what was happening ...why did her aunt force her to bath out of sudden....!
"Hurry up....or I shall smash your head with this !" Siti yelled while holding a broomstick threatening Zaharah with it.
While Zaharah was removing her clothes, without mercy Siti pour the icy cold water on Zaharah's body...Zaharah could only choke back her tears cause she was afraid if she scream she will be hit. After the toment was over....Siti drags Zaharah back to her room....!
